| In January 1987, Sal arrived in New York from Naples,
Italy, bringing with him the culinary experiences of the original
Italian food. Through the years, he shared his cuisine throughout New
Jersey and the Philadelphia area. He discovered Edinburg thru a friend
who lived close by the area and said the Edinburg would be the perfect
place to raise family. So he decided to establish himself with his
family here in Edinburg to share his good taste with the years. Sal's
Bistro is a casual fine Italian restaurant that has become known over
the years by locals and visitors, regardless once they discover Sal and
his food they always make a point to stop when they are in the area.
Sal's is nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah valley located in the town
of Edinburg off of exit 279 of interstate 81. Thank you for your
